Recipient(s) details
HERA know how important is to address to your customers properly, because of that HERA is allowing you to edit the recipient details. Let's see it more closely:
- Booker Name: HERA is extracting the booker name from the email. Every time an email account is created you are being asked to configured a name for it. HERA will take this name configured by the client but allows you to modify it in case they did not set it up correctly. If you are using the HERA Chrome extension, please make sure the email you are opening has a label as this would allow the addin to get access to this information.
- Phone: HERA is still learning to recognise the customer telephone number and this functionality depends on the connectivity your hotel is using as most booking engines does not allow to pass this information through deeplinking.
- Booker email: on this field you will be able to see the email extracted from the sender of the email you are opening. Having this field editable allows you to test the response you want to send without sending an email to your customer. Basically, you as a hotel will always get a copy of each email you generate with HERA but, if you delete the booker email from this box, your customer will not received an email.
- Bookers language: the language of the email is identified by HERA but the addin is allowing you to reply in any other language that you have already configured and if you want to configure any other language, take a look at this article: https://herainternal.helpsite.com/articles/61113-new-languages
- Additional Recipients: If you consider that you need to send the email to more people than to the original sender, with additional recipients you can add up to 4 more recipients.
Furthermore, remember that at the bottom of the addin you have the option to edit each email, among it is the greeting where you can edit how you will salute your customer:
