Structured emails

Description

I as a reservation agent i want HERA to understand emails that are not written by a person or they follow the same structure (tables, webforms, booking confirmations)... This funtionality will allow you to teach HERA to read each field you are interested in. 

Get inside your intranet-General configuration and select an already existing template:

You can filter by language and hotel. If you have an email that you want to process, just forward an example of it to your Account manager and they will configure it so that it's available on your configuration.

Once you have selected the template for your hotel, this functionality will be implemented in HERA so you can use it for the Addin and for Auto.

As we mentioned, you can use this functionality to either read structure emails or even to integrate bookings into your system without effort. For example booking confirmations from a channel that you do not have integration on your channel manager (secret escapes is a common example); create a private or corporate rate inside your PMS/booking engine and we will teach HERA to integrate this booking under the rate you created. For this you will have to configure the private/corpo rate linked to the sender and the structured email inside your configuration.

Requirements

• Select the structured email on your configuration
• if the structured email is not available, talk with your account manager to teach HERA how to read it.
