Corporate offer and confirmations

Description

HERA can recognize specific email addresses or domains and assign a certain rate for the offer/confirmation according to the configuration. This can be usefull to set up all corporate accounts so that HERA always offers the correct rate. On addin level HERA will inform the reservation agent about their corporate rate without any further effort from the agent.

As an option the hotel can choose to be able to push booking confirmations directly from the addin instead of sending an offer.

Requirements

• Corporate rate set up on your booking engine/PMS (depending on how you are connected)
• Set up the corporate rate at HERA backoffice
• if you want to push confirmations, please inform your Account manager to activate this functionality.
